Text Box: My Gineration liqueurs are delicious stirred into yoghurt or crème fraiche.
They can be poured over ice cream or into a trifle
They can be used instead of a fruit coulis

Some of the outlets have their own recipes:
Telford’s Fruit Shoot
This is made using a special pulpy raspberry gin which is made for Telford’s. It is not available from most outlets; contact us for information. It works well with the Silky Raspberry Gin too, but you have to make it in a different order:
 A layer of raspberry gin
A layer of passionfruit gin
A layer of Amaretto
Pour each in slowly and allow the layers to establish. If you make it with silky raspberry gin, then put the passionfruit in first, as this will layer on the bottom.
Cestrian Champagne Cocktails
Pour a little liqueur into the bottom of the champagne glass before adding the champagne – mmmmmmmm
Ones which work well are strawberry, passionfruit, silky raspberry, blueberry and damson
