IMAGINE

Text Box: People experience flavours in different ways. I see them as vivid images in my head.   If  I have a quick sip I get a general impression, but if I concentrate all sorts of details emerge. I have drawn what I see when I taste my liqueurs.
The picture unfolds from left to right  in time. So the extreme left of the drawing is the first flavour to hit the palate, which may be sharp or rounded, bright or soothing in colour. Then comes the biggest flavour, which can be complex or simple, fat and succulent, or sharp and clear. With these liqueurs the high fruit content gives a long flavour finish which fades slowly, but sometimes with a final bite.
This is how some of them look to me.... Tell me what you think, and how they look to you!
